Or maybe Yusei's father is Godwin, that would make an awesome Star Wars reference XD
Or maybe(getting back to my old theory) Yusei was born in a lab in Neo Domino, and was experimented on(that would explain why he has such a resistance to torture) and somebody rescued him and he refers to him as his father
