5D's 14 dub thoughts

Hooray for being on the East Coast and being able to watch this shit the earliest

I like the conversation that Luna and Leo had at the beginning, too bad Dexter's voice is so painful to listen to ><; and Mina <3 cause she's Jack's personal handler and she's the only voice that improved in the dub imo

I also liked the Hyper Drive bit, probably because its the only music in the dub I like.

DM references are <3<3<3 Kudos to 4kids for mentioning Joey and getting that guy voiced by him

and kudos to them again for mentioning a couple times that this series is more than card games damn straight

But my only big grip in this episode is Akiza's voice, I really don't like it, but I expected it to be unfitting

Yeah for once XDDD

It sounded too high of a voice I think, while Aki is quiet and somewhat deep, Akiza is more talkative and has too of high of a voice, not like extreme, but too much for her I think :/

I totally missed the Joey reference... I think my mum was doing dishes so I couldn't hear anything >< maybe I'll go back and watch it again...

I kind of hate what 4kids has done with Mina so far. she seems like kind of an airhead :/ then again maybe she was always that way and I just forgot in the wave of Mikage awesomeness we've had lately.

The Joey thing cracked me UUUUUPPPPP.

I think I might like Aki's dub voice. I mean, we only heard like 2 seconds of it so who knows, but I think it gives her the potential to sound really crazy in the F-Cup.

Aki sounds like Ishizu, but with a robotic tone (much like Yami Malik's dub voice). That would be ironic if it is the same one that voiced Ishizu.
