I'm gonna wait for the sub to figure out if Yusei actually turned him in or not ^^: It's implied but, I think it's up in the air. Maybe Yusei meant for Kiryu to be put into a mental hospital? I've no clue. They probably wouldn't provide that for a Satellite resident anyway.
Jack definitely needed his throne of angst after abandoning the team like that ^^;
