Meh, fucking Deus Ex Machinas. Seriously this is why I love episode 25+26 that and the delicious mind rape because its a great duel won by strategy, not by all mighty powerful cards.

I get olesia's point that they're gonna have him pull it out early so they can show that the villains are much more powerful.... But I can't help but feel like they might just hand Yusei an even bigger DEM (Savior Rainbow Dragon anyone XD). However if they get their shit together and get a better strategy, then it would cool.

OOC Aki is OOC. Sorry writers, you're not going to convince me that in six months a cold ass kicking bitch is now pretty school girl chan :/ I find very ooc for Aki to be going to DA to begin with

Speaking of OOCness I find it ooc for Yusei to be living in NDC too.

The academy stuff looks fun though and the the new MC better be shouting "Everybody listen" XD

Lol, Savior Rainbow Dragon. XD Crimson Dragon needs to stop lending his Signers a hand, although that'd be rather illogical... I mean, the Signers carry on the Crimson Dragon (well, its marks). Personally I blame the newest booster pack, which obviously features SSD. And since the anime is there to advertise the cards (more or less), it would make sense for the upper people (Executive Meddling imo) to spam SDD on us. D:

The new MC totally rocks! If only his shades were more pointy. XD *coughKaminacough* Although some say he's the teacher with the Golems.

I just realized something. Maybe the animation in general is awful because they have the better animators working on the OVA non-stop?

I don't like 5Ds at all - especially not after Godwin's character was DECIMATED by his attempting to turn Kefka - but THIS I agree with. Its not MC if he doesn't shout that. He MUST shout that.

I really hope "Savior Rainbow Dragon" doesn't happen. I really hate how they have been turning Yusei into a Gary Stu. He also seems to be getting an ego. He's NOT Yami Yugi! >__

That PDD-on-your-back thing is also kind of losing its edge at this point. We've seen it, what, three times in the span of ten episodes or something? I can't keep track. At least give the god a break, guys. orz

I would laugh at Savior Rainbow if it ever happens. Then I would probably get irritated because as pretty rainbows can be, it would be is really boring to watch duels that are always magically won. :|

re: Aki - it doesn't really strike me as so much ooc because she's been giving a few second chances lately and that could just be one of them. Buut the way she got to that point was a personality 180 so...!
Early Aki would never do it ever, this Aki probably would.
