Which contributes to his character, I think. I prefer Luigi over his brother because he has more of a personality-Mario's just all "Imma gonna save ________!!!!" however, Weegie has his own cowardly side to him. That and always being in his brother's shadow has given him a bit of a dark side in terms of jealousy. But I'd like to think, given Luigi's abilities, that he's stronger than his brother-just too cowardly to use them. ^^
