Actually thats a funny story that I witnessed myself.
About two/three weeks ago, new info for the crossover OVA came out about confirming who was going to be in it and that Takahashi was doing it. Horoko translated one of the lines as "The Bonds That Will Give Birth to a Miracle." In a chat I attend regularly, somebody joked about Yusei giving birth to this "miracle" and it snowballed from there XD.
