Hell yes its a refresher to see him coming back. Nice Manjyome coat too ~ Love the longer hair, he's totally rocking the bishonen look now.

I have no idea. Season three has been lower quality in general, at least it was more stable in season one and such. Its also probably the fact that Hara hasn't done a single episode up until now since season 2 ended.
