I never thought I'd say this, but for the first time, I'm actually glad that I live in Romania -- at last over here the main priority is catching actual child molesters either on the web or in the act.
Go to a policeman, tell him you have shota/loli manga and he'll just tell you to bugger off, because they have better things to do than prosecute you for Japanese comics.
