OKAY GUYS

I need somebody who's played Okami the whole way through. I have one question. Is it still possible to play your old save after beating the final boss or must you be required to play New Game + derp derp.

Haven't finished it, but have read up on the New Game+ thing. As far as I know, after beating the final boss your game is over. The only fooling around you get after that is keeping all your shiny stuff for a New Game+. >:

Um... I think you can continue derping around in your old save file the new game plus might get it's own save but I'd say just save an extra file just in case?

Once you're inside the Ark of Yamato, you're pretty much stuck there. :/ So if you want to keep fooling around, leave that till last. As for the save file, it'll allow you to make a new one to replay the game with all your items, etc, but you can keep it separately from the old one. Hope this helps. :)

Yeah, pretty much. And if you do want to save, just make a separate file since you're gonna have to fight all the main bosses again (except the owls) before you get to Yami.
