Argh went to the orthodontist yesterday to get some invisline trays. Normally they wouldn't hurt this much but they've been adjusted from those molds I took a month ago. Now my mouth hurts like a bitch ><;; I hope it goes away soon because I am in pain all the time ><;;

since invisalign is meant to have the same affect as braces, expect it to hurt like a bitch every time. I have a hard time imagining they hurt as much as braces do though... but if it hurts too much to even move, then i take that back.

basically, soup and milkshakes are your friends right now. and Advil is your best friend.

I used to have the Invisiline and it was always a bitch to take them off (my teeth were so sensitive afterwards), so I second what YAMINOJACKIE said about the Advil, especially the extra strength ones. Along with the soup and milkshakes I would also recommend Jello or pudding. = w= I hope you feel better.
