On the upside, it seems 403 is under the new alias of Nestica; http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=796955 (if you have access since they are usually HQ ) and http://nestica.info/. I knew that your new header's style seemed familiar and when I found it on Pixiv it confirmed my suspicions. I'm so happy that I found her again! \o/
